Michael Bradley for Marshfield Selectman

I would like to thank all of my campaign staff. Arnold Briggs; Chairman, John Bowes; Campaign manger, Marc Everett; Treasurer, and everyone who: held a sign, sent an email, called a friend, hosted a coffee hour, donated monies, and helped spread our positive message. I was truly honored to have such great people working with me. I will be taking some time off to reflect. In a couple months we'll see what the political landscape looks like and make a decision at that point if a future run for Selectman is appropriate.

I would like to thank Steve Robbins and all other candidates for a clean race that raised awareness on the very difficult issue our town faces. I strongly urge all who supported me to now support Steve Robbins. He and the entire Board of Selectman will need all of the help they can get in the coming year(s). It's our duty to help them.

As Americans and Marshfield residents it's important to remember that now that the race is over we cannot afford to argue amongst ourselves. We must get behind our elected officials and do our part to help them in protecting the interests of our community.

Dear Neighbor,

My name is Michael Bradley. My wife Nichole and I have been living in Marshfield for over 5 years. In that time we’ve laid down some roots. We have a beautiful 20 month year old son Samuel and are expecting another son at the end of February. We have a vested interest in the future of Marshfield, this is where we’ve chosen to raise our children, and this is where we’ve chosen to live our lives. I offer a unique and diverse background that would help move Marshfield forward in a positive direction. It’s time to stop talking about matters and to take action.

These are difficult economic times, as a small business owner my family and I feel those difficulties just as we all do. The leadership of this town needs to make decisions that maximize efficiency, and implement policies that stress cost control. As a town, collectively we need to do more with what we already have. We need to develop ideas and initiatives that not only address our existing problem but prepare us for the problems that we are likely to face in the future.

Thank you for your consideration,
